Thought I would let you know that after using BIOBALM for two months the rhinophyma (acne rosacea) on my nose is now impossible to see but I can still feel a bit of it. My nose now looks like it did before I got the first rhinophyma in 1999. What is more my brother reports from New Zealand that after only two weeks his nose, which is much worse than mine, has lost much of its redness and this is only after two weeks use. I have been using the product for two months. The acne scars on my forehead have reduced dramatically and can now be concealed with only the Jane Iredale mineral powder. Great product - am ordering 4 jars this time so I don't have to order so frequently. It has worked wonders for my face, and it seems to be doing well on my surgical scars. I was very reluctant to have surgery on my face because I was afraid of what scar would have been left. But after careful consultation with varies doctors I found one that I had confidence. I had it in December to remove a lump on the left cheek. It took only half an hour and one stitch luckily and the doctor said to me that will leave a small scar. Before having the surgery I came across your product and armed my self with two jars. And after the surgery I started using this product and I am on the very last bit of the last jar and one can only see a small lightness where this lump was. It is flat first of all, and has healed very well but internally I do think it still need a bit of healing and therefore will purchase another two jars. I think this product is very very good and thank you so much for sharing it with me. I have used this product to treat acne and inflammation and it is the best out there. I highly recommend it. A suggestion would be to package it in a pump bottle as opposed to a jar if possible. My last jar spilled all over the floor when I dropped it. I love the balm. It's excellent even for very sensitive skin such as mine. I had back surgery in March.  It looked like I had a zipper going up my spine as well as one to the side of my back. I started using your product once I got the staples taken out and have used it faithfully morning and night since then.  You should see my scar.  It is unbelievable!!! I am halfway through my second jar, and I am very, very happy with the results that I have seen. I have suffered from bad break outs since I was a teen, but in my late twenties (with job stress) it got much worse. I'm 30 now. This resulted in minor to moderate pitted scars. This product had greatly reduced the appearance and has made my skin so smooth and very youthful looking. I placed my first order for BIOBALM a few days before my surgery. I started using it on my face while I waited for my surgical bandages to be removed and was amazed at how quickly it worked on blackheads and pimples. I have been using BIOBALM now for 3 months and am happy with the improvements on my skin. Not only have I noticed the scars are looking smoother, but I have had no breakouts in the last month. I have had tried laser treatments and micro dermabrasion, and used products like Retin A micro, which just made my skin red and scaley, but the BIOBALM is much easier on the skin. There was a transition period where my skin did get dry, but I used a moisturizer for sensitive skin and it went away within a couple of days. I am 26 years old. In high-school I never had acne problems. It wasn't until I reached my early twenties that it became a problem.  As years past, I  tried over the counter products and then went to a doctor. He prescribed medication that had little effect. Hello, This is my second order from your company as I am convinced that I cannot live without your product. Let me explain:
From age 16 to age 27 I had severe, unrelenting acne and like many of your customers I tried everything. Every anti-biotic, every topical lotion and cream, every diet and skin care regime. Nothing worked until finally I tried Accutane. That finally worked but the side effects and cost were daunting. But after 11 years of acne my self esteem was so wrecked and I was so desperate that I would have walked a mile barefoot on broken glass if I thought it would help.

Well here I am now at age 37 and I have been suffering, again, from increasingly worse acne over the last year. I was devastated. I am a veteran of that particular war and could not bear the thought of fighting it again. And let me tell you it is almost worse for my self esteem now than it was as a young adult. It is at least somewhat understandable for a teenager to have it but for someone approaching middle age it just is not right. I feel like people are looking at me like I have a disease. All those terrible memories of not even being able to leave the house for a brief errand without doing the full course of make-up have come crashing back because I am living them again. Having been down that road I know what works and what does not so I knew that none of the conventional wisdom or treatments are worth much at all when it comes to acne. Accutane works but besides the afore mentioned cost and side effects, you have to wait for years after the treatment to have any kind of scar removal surgery.

Since using your product my skin has improved fantastically. From the very first application it just looked better, being more smooth and having a bit of a glow. The outbreaks of acne are getting less and less each week and some of the lesser scars are looking more smooth. I hope your product will help with scarring but some of it in my temples and the hollows of my cheeks is probably just to severe. However the rest of my face is looking pretty good for scar improvement. But the real and pronounced benefit is the extreme reduction of acne. I know for a fact that the creme is keeping it under control and I can have my life back again without my every activity being dictated by this condition. All I can say to anyone who is considering buying this product is DO IT NOW! The sooner you start the sooner you will be looking good. It really works without the nasty side effects and cost of a lot of treatments I have tried. It is so refreshing and just about stunning to find a product that actually does what it says. So many companies are experts at telling carefully crafted lies about their products to get people to buy them but not very competent at all about producing a worthy product.

This is my second order (I ordered BIOBALM for re-occurring acne/ dark spots left from acne).  I was so happy to of found a product that truly works. I had a couple bad acne spots on my cheeks and chin that would never clear up. I started using this balm and within a few days I noticed the acne was not coming back. I have been using this balm for at least a month now and I will say my cheeks have never looked this good in about 1yr. The dark sports are quite a bit lighter also. No more red spots either on my chin. This truly is a terrific product. I have tried everything to clear up these problem spots. Now all I do is use an antibacterial soap to clean my face and then apply the balm. After it absorbs into my skin (it is not greasy) I will apply a light moisturizer before going to bed.
